Life experience and a true love for her area are two key ingredients that make up Joyce Albert’s recipe for success.  Having moved to New Orleans more than 40 years ago, Joyce has fallen in love with the customs, cultures, and life energy that invigorate residents of this area.  Her multiple certifications in real estate include the Accredited Buyer Representative certification, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, granted by the National Association of Realtors, the Silver Award and the Gold Award for last year’s sales/productivity granted by Prudential Gardner in honor of her status as a top producer, and the designation as a 203k Specialist with ReBuildUSA.  You don’t receive prestigious recognition like this without rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to help your clients achieve their dreams!

Joyce loves living in Slidell, and can show you any part of the city - includeding New Orleans itself.  In fact, name anywhere in St. Tammany Parish or New Orleans, and Joyce can refer you to a great place to eat.  Ask her what colorful festivities are coming up, Joyce can rattle off the names and locations…from the Strawberry Festival in Ponchatoula to the Louisiana Gator Fest in Mandeville.  The lure of the immense number of higher education institutions is also very present here, with a dozen colleges and universities in the Greater New Orleans area alone.  Add a winter season that lasts all of two weeks, lending easily to gardening for mom, sports for the kids and golf, sailing and fishing for dad, and it’s easy to see why St. Tammany Parish is such an enjoyable place to call home.  As Joyce so wisely states, “If you are bored here, you just aren’t trying!”
